If you were Pledis and you would make a sub-unit with E-Young in it, who would the other members be and what would the concept be? And even more important what would you name them?
I’d love Pledis if they made Jung Ah, Raina, Nana and E-Young an official sub-unit or let them promote a song. But I would probably make a sub-unit of either Jung Ah, Juyeon and E-Young or Jung Ah, Lizzy, E-Young and Ka Eun.
Jung Ah, Juyeon and E-Young would be perfect to do more slow songs like ‘Lady’ or ‘Are You Doing Okay’ or ‘Play Ur Love’. Those are the kinda songs I’d think fit them. They’ll go with simple concepts that won’t be over the top. They’ll make a good sub-unit because I think their voices match really well. On their Japanese album if Jung Ah and E-Young have shared lines it’s usually together and their voices really blend well together. Also Juyeon’s voice is a sort of weaker version of Jung Ah’s but that doesn’t mean she’s not able to sing. Out of all the members Juyeon probably improved the most and she should be able showcase that and maybe she can try rapping because she did a good job in ‘My Lips Are Warm Like Coffee’. I’d call this group After School JJE (because I can’t come up with something better).
Jung Ah, Lizzy, E-Young and Ka Eun would be perfect to go with a lively or retro concept. Ka Eun is said to be a good singer so that makes Jung Ah and Ka Eun the main/lead singers. Lizzy and E-Young also proved to be good singers so they should have enough lines to but Jung Ah and Ka Eun will probably be the best choice to hit the high notes. Lizzy is a good rapper so she can take the rapping parts (if there are any). I’d call this group After School LEO, because they’re all Leo’s. [ase-young]

IDK but I think you are too “Jungah-Eyoung” minded… but to me if pledis created a sub-unit with these two there, then Jungah will overshadowed eyoung.. because jungah has more popularity and okay I must say that Jungah can sing very well, also she’s the new leader of AS.
If I were pledis, I will create a sub grup which consist of After school’s hidden talents… you know, I will never forget how eyoung impressed me to play electric guitars when she debuted years ago… I definetely choose eyoung, lizzy and kaeun… because people needs to recognize that three more and more… I don’t know well, but I bet kaeun has something to show us and lizzy which gained her popularity through variety shows and her kkap-personality should become the group visual and center iMO
I think Eyoung is under-utilized by Pledis. She has a wide range of training in various instruments and she is barely every heard in most AS songs.
Pledis should spend some time grooming a few more trainees with musical instrument training, Eyoung should then graduate from AS and form her own all-girl band under the Pledis umbrella.
She could form a group very much like Kpop indie group Sweet Revenge, only better

you said eyoung should graduate from AS & form a band? I know eyoung from AS & she’s become more popular cuz of AS…eyoung is 1st in my bias list & I know pledis is not doing anything special for her YET…I believe in pledis & why not just make a sub-unit consist of her & one or two members or sub-unit consist of her & pledis trainees & form a band…I just can’t accept the fact you said that eyoung should graduate & form a band cuz she can still form a band while she still in AS…it will show that AS is a multi-talented girl group IMO
Eyoung could probably form a sub-unit of AS as a band, but as far as I know ( feel free to correct this info ) but Kahi is the only other member of the AS that plays a musical instrument. Eyoung could play guitar while another member sings, but I guess I was trying to get the maximum use out of her talents. She could form a band with other trainees from Pledis and still stay part of AS, but as little as she is used right now in AS, I just don’t see that as the best use of her amazing talents. Do I want to see her graduate: No, but I would like to see her get a chance to shine in the way she deserves.

like E-young Kaeun Lime Yooara
that would be totally awesome. I was actually very excited to hear the Violet Girls rumour..
I would want a subunit where E-young can shine. It’s kinda like a mini CN Blue or FT. The guitarist may not be the lead singer. Kaeun definitely needs to go with her. I suspect once we have another 3 in the maknae line, a new subunit will be formed.
